We give you a full tour and answer all your questions during an Ever After. 4 - 6 months before the big day, our venue coordinator helps you pick out the perfect decorations from C201 Decor. Our venue coordinator will also set up all your decorations.

During your wedding, our venue coordinator is busy getting your vendors in and out of the venue, lining up your bridal party, and directing the "table flip." They also refill the dessert and appetizer table. The venue coordinator even helps your grandma find her table!
No more asking your bridal party to pack up boxes at the end of the night! We handle all the teardown. Our venue coordinator will pack up all your gifts, extra desserts, and decoration. Then, when you are ready to leave, we will have all your belongings on a cart for you.
This service is typically between $700 - $1200. We include it for free!
