BOOKING PROCESS
Interested in hosting your wedding at Creamery 201? Great, we couldn't be more excited! Here are a few final details we want you to know about our booking process.
MEETING TIMELINE
01.
the tour
This is our first official meeting! We will give you a full overview of our space, service, and general agreement.
02.
ever after event
This optional event is a great time to bring all your friends and family to see the venue and show them your wedding vision.
03.
c201 decor meeting
4 - 6 months before the big day, our venue coordinator helps you pick out the perfect decorations from C201 Decor.
04.
30 day meeting
One month before your wedding, we will meet to finalize the bar, the floor plan, and any other last-minute details.
PAYMENT PROCESS
50% deposit
When you decide to book, we ask for 50% down. After we have the deposit and a signed general agreement, we will hold the date for you!
50% deposit
We ask for the other 50% of the venue price at the 30-day meeting. This can be paid in cash, check, or card. We will request a credit card is put on file in the unlikely event of venue damages.
final bill
The final will be paid at the end of your wedding. This bill includes the alcohol & cigar bar, table linens, and a tip if you feel we have gone above and beyond.
